- Forms submitted by you or your employer via our web site do not constitute an application for insurance. If you or your employer should proceed with a purchase of benefits we will obtain your consent with an original signature.

- AABN will not make your personally identifiable information available to any organization or company but we will comply with law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal information to appropriate government authorities when legally compelled to do so.

AABN terminology:

- 'Online quote form' - Any of the online automatic completion forms containing a submit button whose function is to transmit information by you to AABN.

- Personal Information - Any information submitted to us by you that uniquely identifies you, for example, your name, phone number, street address etc... Additionally, your Internet browser automatically sends certain information to our web site during your visit. We treat this as personal information and do not share, sell or rent it.  However, we may use this information to create generic summaries useful for web site administration (e.g.; "5000 unique users in the month of January").
