Group Insurance Options for Railroad Employees

The Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) does provide you with disability benefits.  Certain qualifications for those benefits need to be met by anyone who suffers an illness or injury on or off the job.  Once a group is established for insurance purposes, your union may decide to add life insurance to the benefit package under the Railroad Group Request.
